Membership is open to everyone interested in lady-slipper orchids. You may join SOA as an Individual (or single household), or as a Supporting member. SOA welcomes individual and Supporting Members from all over the world.
All members have password access to the SOA Newsletter Archive on the website. and may choose to receive new SOA newsletters by regular mail or exclusively by email. Any member can access the current and archived newsletters online in downloadable, printable, PDF format.
Supporting members are listed in each SOA Newsletter, are
highlighted and listed on a special page in the SOA website, are provided a link to their web-site from the SOA web-site, and are entitled to a l/8 page ad each year in the Newsletter.

New members AND renewing members should
download our membership application, (requires the free adobe acrobat
reader) complete it, and follow the instructions at the bottom of the form to either email it or snail-mail it when you pay your dues via mail or online in the Membership Payment Center. If you choose to email the form, be sure to put "SOA DUES" in the subject line of your email and email it to: membership@slipperorchid.org.
